Our country is a ‘melting pot’ of traditions, and campers will explore the cultural origins behind many of our American celebrations. What plants and seeds did the immigrants bring with them to grow? Holidays are our passport to “travel” across the globe, experience many intriguing traditions of different cultures, and discover how they became a part of our new world customs. Campers will prepare special holiday snacks and make a “Cultural Creations Planter” to take home.
