Operation Boot Camp of Greater Charlotte will be hosting a series of FREE 45-minute workouts to support Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Please bring a bag of NONPERISHABLE food items as your admission to the workout. We accept pet food donations, too! The workouts will start at 9:00am in the parking lot near the Mahlon Adams Pavilion at Freedom Park. All fitness levels 18 and older are welcome; 14 and older with a parent or guardian.
